Custom Design Leather Goods
Thank you for your interest in a custom designed leather piece.
Pricing
Custom work is billed at $125 per hour, plus materials.
Includes initial consultation, up to two follow-up correspondences (email or phone),
and final consultation/pickup.
Project Acceptance
Custom projects are accepted on a case by case basis and may
be declined if they do not align with my existing work.
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required to begin all custom projects.
Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or cut.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of custom work, all sales are final.
Returns are only accepted in cases of flaws in workmanship or materials.
If the item is unused and deemed resaleable by Jess, a possible refund for materials only may be issued.
Timeline
Turnaround times vary by season.
Typical delivery is 3–6 weeks.
Pickup Policy
Completed items must be picked up within 60 days of notification.
Unclaimed items may be sold and deposits are forfeited.
